Computer simulations have become an essential tool in physics to study the strong force, one of four fundamental forces in Nature. Almost all mass surrounding us is generated by the dynamics of the strong interaction. To understand the formation of the early universe and other astronomical objects such as neutron stars we explore the interplay of the strong force and large temperatures and densities.
