Great news for Danish IAS Chair James W. Vaupel.

Him and his team got the PNAS Cozzarelli prize.
The award that acknowledges papers that reflect scientific excellence and originality, is given annually only to six papers published in PNAS.

The paper: The emergence of longevous populations.

PNAS (Estb. 1914) is one of the world’s most-cited and comprehensive multidisciplinary scientific journals, publishing more than 3,100 research papers annually.
